How can I verify if my HOBBYWING product is genuine?
Every authentic HOBBYWING product comes with a holographic security label on the packaging. You can scratch off the coating to reveal the unique ID code and verify it on our official website's anti-counterfeit page.
What is the standard warranty period for electronic speed controllers (ESCs)?
We offer a limited warranty of 180 days from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from crashes, improper installation, or water exposure unless specified as waterproof.
How do I update the firmware on my device?
Firmware updates can be performed using the HOBBYWING USB Link software on a PC, or via the OTA Programmer and HW Link V2 app on your smartphone. Ensure your device is connected to a stable power source during the update.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-performance electronics worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy for unused items?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once the electronic seal is broken or the product has been soldered/mounted, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
